Churchspace
Designing a booking platform around trust
Food entrepreneurs needed more than an available kitchen. They needed to know whether a space was safe, equipped and suitable for their business. I researched those needs and designed a booking prototype in a Harness class project with the founder and other designers.

"I'd want to know if there's secure storage so I can store my supplies overnight."Entrepreneur interview · Four participants interviewed
The interviews surfaced practical requirements that could determine whether a kitchen was usable. I made storage an explicit booking option.

Project outcome and next steps
This Harness class project produced a prototype for further testing, not a launched service or measured conversion result. A next research priority was understanding hosts' requirements and checking their alignment with entrepreneurs' needs. The interface labeled "New UI exploration" is a later portfolio iteration. The research close-ups below it are original class-project screens.
